How to set your goals if you still confused what you want. All of us must to feel that way, we must be thinking about how do we keep pursing creative goals when we feel kind of bleh about our life. It’s normal to feel empathy, especially at life’s crossroads we get a push by others people timeframes that have been achieve their certain goals.

In life if you knew what you wanted and what you expected isn’t always could get exactly that. Getting over much of expectation may actually lead to a disappointment when it is not goes well. Life is unpredictable we don’t know what may actually good for us until we can go throughout it.

Just an expectation can’t always get what you want and that it may be good for you sets you off to a good start. If you want to have a proper life it may be good for you sets you off to a good idea. Plan each day of your life that you want to achieve, it will be helpful. 

You can start major changes in life by doing simple steps, namely by making a goal setting so that your life is more purposeful, has a purpose and is more passionate. In addition to helping you find the direction of life goals, making a goal setting also has many other benefits, including: Give you a priority-time guide, increase self-worth and self-confidence, train you to do time management, and the level of confusion and stress will decrease.

Here are 5 steps you can take immediately to plan your life, even if you still confused what you want

1) List your interest focus areas in your life

Settings your personal goals in any areas in your life. settings lifetime goals give you the overall perspective that shapes all other aspects of your decision making. To give a broad, balanced coverage of all important areas in your life, try to set goals in some of the following categories or you can categories your own important areas.

There are some areas that you can choose such as: career, financial, education, family, artistic, physical, pleasure, etc. You can select one or more goals in each category that best reflect what you want to do. You have to consider in small number significant goals that you can focus on. Remember that the goals that you have set are ones that you genuinely want to achieve.

2) What kind of experiences and feelings that you want to learn in your life?

List what kind of feelings you would like to feel or experience you would like to have in each of those areas. Do you have any activities that can boost you to self-esteem or make you feel motivated to do? Do you prefer to works as a group or individual?

When you confused what you want it is not fruitful to set goal based on achievement, but based on what kind of days you want to live. You can start to write down what happens in a course of one day from waking up to going to bed.

Create a one-year plan or you can start with a one- month plan of progressively smaller goals that you should reach to achieve your lifetime goals. You can take a note as much as you like and describe whatever is important to you.

Make a series of plans in the form of steps to achieve goals in detail and clearly, so that you do not have difficulty and confusion when implementing them and also so that your motivation is maintained.

For example, you have a goal done 7 assignment in a week. ah from these goals you make a plan for the steps to reach the goal by sorting out which is important, and doing you assignment every day in a week.

3)  Choose the things that point you in a direction that excites you more?

It is a good idea to make a thing that excite and not just expect those moments to happen. Find some way to get your heart rate up. Try with something easy and interesting.

Be curious on the look out from that interest onward, it is okey to trail and errors about what make you interest.

I personally so much loves with any activate that can make me sweat, so that I loves do sport. I think one should necessarily chase one ultimate goal, but to keep an open mind with each step and be aware of new opportunities that arise around you.

Find any activities that can make you feel and if they excite you.

Assess whether the goals you have set can be achieved or not, by measuring them from team workload, team knowledge and abilities or from other supporting power. If not, then you can set other goals that you can achieve in the present.

Attainable targets will also answer questions, such as: Do you already have a strong commitment to achieving your goals? Are there any other bigger goals you want to achieve?

It is a good idea to make a list of things that excite you and not just expect those moments to happen. This will equip you to become better in spotting the opportunities that might lead to a more fulfilling direction in your life.

4) List what makes you comfort and you not comfort with

You can define your comfort zone, have you aver in a situation that makes you feel comfort? or in the other hand that situation makes you want to run away and go home?

“What you feel most comfortable doing.” This can be interpreted in different ways. Many times, it is about morality; You’re comfortable because you have peace of mind with a decision.

You can list areas in your life that are ‘Comfort‘ and the ones that are ‘Discomfort‘ or ‘Red Zone’ to help you set goals to find your way. Move away from ‘Comfort Zone’ and towards things that are ‘Red Zone’ but ultimately try to find the bulls eye in ‘Hot’. As long as you are getting closer, you are on the right track.

Be realistic about what you can and can’t be directly responsible for. Setting yourself up for greater success.

5) List actions you can take today to start moving towards your bigger life

Take a small steps immediately to start making the ideas, thoughts and concepts listed above a reality. Don’t start with the big moves such as moving to another planet. You can attempt to take a small step like wake up earlier in the morning. This will help you to improve the quality and realism of your goal setting. Slowly but sure, it can further refine your goals as you make progress.

Make sure you write down at least one immediately action step in certain areas that you want to achieve. It is good for you that you can step outside of your comfort zone in order to start discovering what it is you want.

Put your plan into action. Even smallest act makes you one step makes you one step closer to your goal. It can lead to a smart goals, what is smart goals? They are goals that are: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.

Try to set a 5-year target. Then simplify again to be a target per year. Simplify again to be a target per 6 months. Up to the target per month. Then make a to do list for the little things you have to do to achieve your life goals.

It’s good in the beginning you devote more of your time to doing research and collecting information. Read books or seek information from other media to clarify what steps you should take in the future.

Evaluate every few moments to adjust future planning. There are times when it becomes rigid and there are times when it becomes flexible. If you really need not be afraid to change the plan you have prepared.

Formulating life goals is a very crucial process to get a picture of the future you want, it will also motivate you to make this shadow of the future a reality.

This process helps determine where you are going in this life. By knowing exactly what you want to achieve, you will know where you should focus your efforts. You will also immediately realize if there are distractions that can make it deviate from your goal. That way you can immediately take steps to get your life back on the path you want.

The first step is to determine what you want to achieve in your life. Doing so will give you a general idea of what you should do. If you have made a life goal, try to make small short-term goals that you have to do to achieve your life goals.
